How many days is the processing of the order?
Processing the order usually takes about 24-72 hours before it ships.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Once the order has been processed, US Shipping takes 5-10 days for the item/s to arrive. For International Shipping, allow 7-12 days for the items to arrive.
I have a pre-ordered item. When will I receive it?
Once you placed pre-ordered items, your order will be sent to the artisans who makes all the products. It takes about 2-4 weeks for the production of our handwoven products. Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Your order will only be shipped once the pre-ordered items arrived.
Do you ship all over the US?
Yes, we do ship all over the US.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do ship internationally via DHL Express or Fedex. We are currently shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Philippines.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
If you are not happy with the item and you change your mind, you can contact us for returns. Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy upon receiving it
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it has already shipped and you decide to return it, it must be unopened, and you may be charged for the return shipping.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@berylandlauren. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
