Ordering

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can be able to track your order. You will receive a personal tracking number via email to keep track of its journey. 

How long do you process orders?

Allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to be processed. 

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I have a Pre-order. When will it ship?

Pre-ordered item production time takes about 2-4 weeks to make. Allow at least 4 weeks for your pre-order items to arrive after being produced. You will receive a notification once your pre-ordered items have been shipped. 

How many days is the processing of the order?

Processing the order usually takes about 24-72 hours before it ships. 

I changed my mind, can it be returned? 

If you change your mind, you can contact us for returns. You can send an email to contact@berylandluaren.com. Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy upon receiving it. However, the product must be unused and on its original packaging. Shipping costs for the return of a product are always the customer's responsibility. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it has already shipped and you decide to return it, it must be unopened. Shipping costs for the return of a product are always the customer's responsibility. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@berylandlauren. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We occasionally ship from our shipping office in Indonesia and India for our rattan bags and leather bags. 

For coats, knitwears, and scarves, we ship directly from our shipping office in China.

But in some circumstances, we ship from our main office in Los Angeles, California.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are now shipping worldwide. 

Can you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. 

How long is the shipping?

Once the order has been processed, allow 7-14 business days for the item/s to arrive for US customers. However, for express shipping, allow 1-3 business days. For international customers, allow 1-3+ weeks for package to arrive. 

Do I pay taxes on international delivery?

International delivery costs do not include taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination. Taxes may vary depending on the requirements of the country the item/s is being shipped to. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
