What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before the item arrives with us.

Process of Pre-ordering

You will proceed to checkout as usual and finish making full payment. Once you placed pre-ordered items, your order will be sent to the manufacturer who makes all the products. It takes about 4-10 weeks for the production of the products. Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Your order will only be shipped once the pre-ordered items arrived.

Cancellation of Pre-Ordered Items

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it has already shipped and you decide to return it, it must be unopened, and you may be charged for the return shipping.

Benefit of Pre-Ordered Items

The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you can secure the inventory of the items before it becomes sold out when it becomes available online. Please take note that dates are not guaranteed and delay may occur due to material sourcing and shipment.

Once your items were shipped, you will receive a notification via email.
